Who: Participate in interactive sessions from the following organizations:
- Autism New Jersey will present an overview of the first-of-its-kind state policy initiative designed to advance autism-friendly practices in law enforcement. This presentation will also include an in-depth exploration of judicial best practices for supporting individuals with autism in our Courts.
Care Plus NJ and the Bergen County Sheriff's Office will demonstrate how Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) training for New Jersey law enforcement can make a meaningful difference for at-risk children, youth and adults with mental illness, their families, and responding officers.

NJ Statewide Student Support Services: In response to a national mental wellness crisis in youth and young adults, the New Jersey Department of Children and Families has proposed to launch a statewide, innovative hub-and-spoke model of services and resources intended to support youth mental wellness and promote prevention initiatives.
