New Jersey Judiciary Privacy Statement for the NJ Child Placement Advisory Council Review Website

When you visit this website you may provide us with two types of information: website use information collected automatically on an aggregate basis as you browse our website, and personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis.

It will be continuously assessed against new technologies, business practices and the needs of our visitors. CPAC was established pursuant to NJSA 30:4C-62.

This information does not identify you personally. We automatically collect and store only the following information about your visit:

  3. The date and time you access our site;
  4. The pages you visit; and
  5. If you linked to the CPAC website from another website, the address of that website.

We use this information to help us make our site more useful to visitors – to learn about the number of visitors to our site and the types of technology our visitors use. 2. Personal Information

CPAC does do not plan to divulge personal information collected or information disclosed voluntarily, but may be required to do so pursuant to State or federal law.

Section B. Public Access to Information

All information posted on the CPAC website is public information that is subject to inspection and copying by members of the public. If you copy bylined content please credit the author and the Child Placement Advisory Council. The CPAC logo is the copyright property of CPAC and you may only copy, distribute or display the CPAC logo if you are granted explicit permission and include the full name of the “Child Placement Advisory Council.” If you reference CPAC you must also use the full name “Child Placement Advisory Council.” This website may contain logos, images and text that are owned by third parties who have granted CPAC permission for their use. CPAC cannot grant you permission for content that is owned by third parties.
